Southeast Columbus sits between Midtown Columbus and Fort Benning. This diverse, ever-changing community is mostly residential space, with apartments to suit every style and budget. Sprawling suburbs with quaint homes and vibrant landscaping make for a fruitful rental environment. Fort Benning Military Reservation serves as a principal U.S. Army training facility and is a prominent employer of the area. The fort supports over 120,000 members of the military and their families, as well as civilian employees and retirees.
